I am a Chilean Photographer and Filmmaker now based in Berlin. I have worked around 10 years in several movies, series and advertisements in Chile, for the big industrie and also small budget projects, in national and international productions. 

​

I think cinema and also photography, is a way to express yourself about almost everything and a powerful tool if you want to tell stories, make a statement or just to express a feeling. Images and mostly representations have been around humanity for many years, and they are a beautiful way of what people and cultures can do to transcend. For me, both are a very complete way of art expression that involves a lot of different arts itself.

I am enthusiastic about journeys, adventures and a nature lover. I am passionate about mountains I think because I was raised in Santiago, Chile surrounded by them. I am always trying to climb them and to spend a lot of time there in solitaire admiring the magnificence and beauty of them. I think that mountains are like life. We climb them so we can get to the summit and achieve what is important for us. For me, working in photography and film is the same. Always trying to do my best, looking at my surroundings, breathing, taking a moment and admiring the beauty in little things. 

 

With my personal work I would like to look forward to these kind of things, trying to achieve beautiful moments, expressions and feelings and always willing to freeze some moments for eternity.
